This venue has a great design and the staff were extremely friendly, the location was convenient for everything around. The wheelchair accessible room with a tub and balcony was perfect for my needs.

the hotel was fantastic and the location was great and unbeatable near the old town of hoi a, main market and two local shops, one that sells bottled drinks and does laundry which is really convenient, and a leatherworking shop. we stayed in a twin room with the bath tub on the balcony. the breakfast offered was satisfactory with many options. the service was good and the pool was good.

The double room was very comfortable and had all the essential toiletries, plus it had convenient amenities like central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, down a small street in a quiet area which makes for a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and are well appointed. The breakfast is simple, but delicious with tasty options including eggs, fresh fruits and continental breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to go and arrange free taxis to the tailor. The swimming pool is a great extra and perfect for a morning or evening dip when it’s hot in the city.

The walls can be thin in some rooms, which can make it noisy when neighbors talk loudly or slam doors shut in the morning, but it didn't impact our stay unnecessarily.
